OTM is located on the P4 mezzanine level of the Southwest Garage in Kennedy Hall. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday except University holidays. Motorist assistance is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday except University holidays. The OTM staff will be happy to answer your questions about any of the department's services. Motorist assistance provides emergency vehicle service to those in need and is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday except University holidays in the Main Campus parking areas (Lots 3, 6, 9, Y, E, G, Weismiller's, the Southwest Garage and levels P2/3 of the Leavey Garage). This assistance includes battery jump-starts, flat tire assistance, key retrieval from locked cars and other actions within the abilities of OTM. There is no charge for these services; however, a service request form that releases the University from liability must be signed.
